The “Journey” Program

“The Journey” is a program dedicated to nurturing UAE National talent by providing them with empowerment opportunities. This initiative aims to develop a high-performing team and ensure the retention of individuals who are most suited for the organization.

“The Journey” represents a comprehensive talent program encompassing strategies for development, engagement, and retention of talent at both group and individual levels. Notably, the inaugural group of “The Journey” successfully attained a 100% retention rate within the organization.

Every participant will be assigned a mentor from the business to learn from throughout the program.
